All our Brazilian cheese breads come in two convenient sizes, 450g and 1.5kg, as we have 1.5kg packs available only in the Parmesan & Chedder variant. Find both in the freezer section of your local supermarket. We recommend doing as Brasileiros do: keep a packet in the freezer so you’re never caught off guard by guests or snack cravings.
We know choosing a favourite is tough. That’s why we offer a variety of flavours to suit every mood. I'm not much of a cheesebread person, but the packaging was rather striking, piquing my interest, I decided to pick up the "Cheesebuddy Gluten Free Cheese Breads". Arriving home I threw some into the oven. The smell - rather intoxicating. After 20 minutes at the temperature 180, I poured them onto a plate and took my first bite. Wonderful, simply wonderful. Whoever put together these wonderful yeast treats together deserves a moment of recognition. The taste profile was surprisingly complex, subtle notes of both parmesan and cheddar. However neither cheese was dominating each others influence on my taste buds. The right amount of egg, along with just the perfect amount of salt. So would I recommend this product? A unequivocal "YES!". The next book club I attend, the snack I'll bring along will most certainly be another Cheesebuddy product. I am astounded at the quality of what I thought to be another cheese bread product - this time, I was happy to be proven wrong, whewh! Below I have included a picture of my bread platter.
