Cheesebuddy Bruschetta comes together quickly, and you can tweak the flavours to your taste. This cheese bread recipe uses one bag of Cheesebuddy gluten-free cheese breads. It yields approximately 15 servings (two pieces per serving).

  • 1 450g pack Cheesebuddy Cheese & Garlic Gluten-Free Cheese Breads
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced (fresh is best)
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup or 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon high-quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
