Ingredients

One 450g pack of Cheesebuddy makes 15 mini sandwiches. Here are some of our favourite fillings for every taste and occasion.

  1. Bursting with flavour:
    • Sliced avocado with a squeeze of lime and diced tomato
    • Stewed black beans and crumbled queso fresco
    • Bacon, a fried egg and tomato sauce
  2. Super simple sandos:
    • Vegemite, cheddar cheese and sliced tomato
    • Cucumber and spreadable cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesebuddy cheese breads:
    • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the Cheesebuddy package.
    • Place the cheese breads on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp.
    • Let them cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the fillings:

  3. Assemble the sandwiches:
    • Slice each cheese bread in half horizontally to create a mini sandwich bun.
    • Add your desired fillings between the two halves of the cheese bread.
