So delicious! If you wanna try a traditional brazilian snack highly recommend it. I loved it!!

Recently, I stumbled across a Cheesebuddy product at my nearest Woolworths. I'm not much of a cheesebread person, but the packaging was rather striking, piquing my interest, I decided to pick up the "Cheesebuddy Gluten Free Cheese Breads". Arriving home I threw some into the oven. The smell - rather intoxicating. After 20 minutes at the temperature 180, I poured them onto a plate and took my first bite. Wonderful, simply wonderful. Whoever put together these wonderful yeast treats together deserves a moment of recognition. The taste profile was surprisingly complex, subtle notes of both parmesan and cheddar. However neither cheese was dominating each others influence on my taste buds. The right amount of egg, along with just the perfect amount of salt.
So would I recommend this product? A unequivocal "YES!". The next book club I attend, the snack I'll bring along will most certainly be another Cheesebuddy product. I am astounded at the quality of what I thought to be another cheese bread product - this time, I was happy to be proven wrong, whewh!

The Brazilian style Cheese Breads are delicious, easy to prepare and gluten free. Fantastic product and I always keep a pack in the freezer.
